Cannot be bothered.

I really should use this blog more but where on earth do you find the time? When I first started this blog ages ago I thought to myself.."hey im gonna blog everyday and get a really super blog together which everybody will read!" but the truth is since then I have only posted 2 blog posts and nothing else... just forgot this blog even existed...wups... Well I blame the fact that I do not have any time to blog.. and when it comes down to it I just dont have a clue what to blog about..maybe Il think of something and just try to blog every now and again here... we will have to see if I can be bothered (and I cannot be bothered to actually do a lot of things).

Gonna start to run!

I have started to think about starting running again.. I stopped running because of the weather I am that much of a wimp that the cold whether stopped me in my tracks plus with aching feet I just couldn't be bothered which kind of is the wrong attitude to have I know. But now I am determined to get healthy by running again.. truth is a miss running! Anyway what I plan on doing is start running at least 2 times a week which isn't much but will get me active and hopeful fit again. I am not going to make the same mistake I made the first time around and I will make sure this time that I wear some running insoles as everyone is saying on the internet just how important they are (read this article from soupcan insoles to see what I mean) and how much of a bigger difference they can have on your run letting you run much more care freely and pain and ache free...... so they are on my to buy list..... what else do I need to get for running... I have heard that padded running shorts are good as well has anyone else tried them what do they actually meant to do? do they just keep you warm or is there more to it than that?

Anyway I hope you all wish me luck, I think the weather here in England is finally picking up and getting warmer so I think I have timed it quite well! But that being said lets hope my next blog post is not tiled "I am never running again!".

Why everybody should wear orthotic insoles

Orthotic insoles are a must for anyone wanting to stay clear of foot pain. By wearing orthotic insoles you are able to prevent nasty problems such as plantar fasciitis along with it heel spurs which is a symptom of getting plantar fasciitis where by your plantar fascia become damaged. The orthotic insoles help to support the heel and foot in a natural position plus the insoles will help to cushion any impacts that may otherwise be damaging to the structure and tissues in the foot.
Many sports people and athletes will wear orthotic insoles to prevent injury and from getting arthritis  they know that if they do develop things like that it could mean the end of there sporting career. Sports people have a increased risk of getting foot problems as they more regularly use there feet... in contrast to this obese people also have a increased risk of getting it because of lack of activity and the extra weight can cause extra pressure and strain on the feet. The arch or the foot is also more likely to collapse and tear which can cause plantar fascia because of the add weight also. All of these things can be avoided by just getting a pair of orthotic insoles.. remember it can also effect normal people as well.. nobody is immune.

Regular shoes have fitted in them regular insoles which are really no good at all because of their flat design which doesn't support the arch sufficiently enough. That why you must swap them for a pair of these orthotic or plantar fasciitis insoles at once! I did warn you anyway.. its now up to you to decide what you are going to do.
